As the office manager, Monica Brill supervises and coordinates office operations, procedures, administrative activities and clerical support. She joined Common Ground Health in 2015.
An experienced manager with an extensive background in client and customer service, Brill’s skill set includes account and project management, customer satisfaction, employee development and operational efficiency. Before joining Common Ground Health, she served as a client service supervisor at DAC Group/Rochester, a digital and directional marketing agency. In this role, she provided leadership to client service representatives and supervised operations, including training and technical support.
Brill earned her bachelor’s degree in marketing from the State University of New York at Oswego. Outside of the office, she enjoys photography, camping and trips to the Adirondacks.
