Wage Disparities by Education Level: Latino vs White

Monroe County, New York

Wage data from Monroe County demonstrate that even when Latino residents achieve higher levels of education, they are still paid significantly less than their non-Latino White counterparts. For example, among people with bachelor’s degrees, Latino workers are paid 85 cents for every dollar paid to White non-Latino workers. Data compares the median earnings of White non-Latino and Latino populations.
