ED Visit Rates for Behavioral Health Conditions: Latino vs White

The chart compares behavioral health related emergency department visit rates per 100,000 population between Latino and White non-Latino residents. Latino residents have higher rates of emergency department visit for behavioral health conditions than White non-Latino residents. Notably, Latinos visit the emergency department for substance use disorders (SUD) at twice the rate of White non-Latino residents.
