This chart shows the age breakdown for opioid overdose ED and inpatient visits. While there are some differences between the racial/ethnic groups (e.g., visits by 50+ group represent particularly large portion of African-Americans, and particularly small portion of Latinos), those differences are smaller than seen in the parallel analysis of opioid overdose deaths by age.
