Year in review: Working together to improve health

March 01, 2019

Don’t miss our year in review. The report provides an engaging snapshot of our growing efforts to help the Finger Lakes region become as good at preventing illness as we are at treating it.

You’ll read about our advocacy around the emotional and physical health of young children, campaigns to make streets safer for walkers and cyclists and efforts to support a culture of health in faith communities, barbershops, salons and schools.

You’ll also see that we’ve expanded clinical outreach, assisting 160 medical practices in 2018 with continuous improvement through a team approach to care and the use of clinical data.

This work is made possible by the 245 partnering organizations and hundreds of individuals who lend their expertise, leadership and commitment to our collaborative tables and initiatives.
