Angela Brunswick, MPA

Practice Transformation Program Manager

Angela Brunswick has more than 20 years of experience in health care operations management, team performance and organizational transformation efforts. In her role at Common Ground Health, she is responsible for developing and implementing practice-transformation activities.

Before joining the organization in 2018, Brunswick served as a program manager for the Healthcare Association of New York State (HANYS). She provided project management, materials and support to quality-improvement projects and initiatives for HANYS’ New York State Transformation Network (NYSPTN) and Transforming Clinical Practice Initiative (TCPI). In addition, she conducted assessments of health care organizations and developed plans to achieve clinical and operational transformation efforts.

Brunswick also worked as director of the home health aide training program at Sunnyside Citywide Home Care Services in Sunnyside, N.Y. Brunswick conducted ongoing operational assessments and developed a training program for home-health aides.

Angela Brunswick earned a master’s degree in public administration and health care administration from Long Island University and a bachelor’s degree in broadcast management from Howard University. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, cooking and long walks.
