Luis Gracia

Luis Gracia develops and maintains accounting principles, practices and procedures, supports agency budget and forecast activities, and manages funding and consultant contract agreements. He also is responsible for processing grant vouchers, tracking grants and monthly financial reporting.

Before joining Common Ground, Gracia served as a senior staff accountant and outreach specialist at RIT, where he collaborated with the Controller’s Office team to perform monthly, quarterly and annual closes. He also served as an accountant at Ibero-American Action League, ensuring compliance with requirements of both generally accepted accounting principles and governmental funding sources.

Gracia is working toward an MBA with a concentration in Technology, Innovation, Management and Entrepreneurship from RIT, and he earned a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from St. John Fisher College. His hobbies include creative writing and learning new languages
