Finger Lakes Health Systems Agency has been certified as a great workplace by the independent analysts at Great Place to Work®. Finger Lakes Health Systems Agency earned this credential based on extensive ratings provided by its employees in anonymous surveys. A summary of these ratings can be found here.

In the anonymous survey:

•  98 percent of FLHSA employees said they feel good about the ways they contribute to the community

•  90 percent said that they felt a sense of pride when reviewing their accomplishments

•  88 percent said employees at FLHSA celebrate special events and care about each other

Finger Lakes Health Systems Agency staff members gathered for a group photo in September at the annual staff Tailgate Party, which featured food, games and crafts.

In written responses, many employees commended the agency’s new work policies, including the option to flex time and work from home. The agency’s page on the Great Places to Work website highlights its benefits package, including generous retirement contributions and 31 days of paid time off for full time employees.

FLHSA joins the ranks of Great Place to Work-certified businesses that locally include Wegmans, Dixon Schwabl and Lifetime Healthcare Companies (Excellus BCBS) and nationally include Google, Ikea, and Salesforce.
